How to use your plan

It only takes three easy steps!


Step 1

Keep your membership card with you at all times to easily present it at participating pharmacies. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount. If you lose your membership card, log in to the MEMBER PORTAL to request a new membership card, as well as to view your plan information, find a participating pharmacy and more.


Step 2

To locate and verify participating pharmacies in your area, simply call Member Services at (844) 588-2400 or use the PHARMACY SEARCH tool.


Step 3

You are responsible for paying the pharmacists the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.

Go online to dialcare.com to create your account.


Step 2

Fill out your medical history and describe your symptoms online or over the phone with a trained DialCare representative.


Step 3

Request a video or telephonic consultation with a DialCare physician.


Step 4

A DialCare physician will accept and perform the requested consultation.
